
Chau Duncan
Co-CEO, Earthbanc
Strategic and operational executive with extensive banking and finance experience in renewable energy and carbon reduction projects globally. Former Director of Investment for the UK Government. Former Australian Trade Commissioner (ASEAN) for Clean Energy and Environment, directing investment and finance into large renewable energy & carbon reduction projects. Former Executive at Commonwealth Bank in corporate finance and regulatory compliance. Chau holds a Bachelor of Business, Banking and Finance and a Masters of Environment. Chau leads the company operations.

Rishabh Khanna
Co-CEO, Earthbanc
Rishabh co-invented the remote sensing system that Earthbanc was built on. Patented in Sweden, it uses AI to measure carbon in forests and soil, and runs the company’s monitoring, reporting and verification platform. He also heads Earthtree Enviro Private Limited, Earthbanc’s Indian subsidiary, which is building Regeneration Meghalaya, one of the largest private ARR projects.
Rishabh spent more than 15 years building climate organisations before founding the company. He co-founded the Indian Youth Climate Network and ran climate campaigns in South Asia for 350.org.
He holds an MSc in Economic Development and postgraduate diplomas in environmental law and in international law and diplomacy.

Dr. Elliot Fraval
Chief Information and Science Officer, Earthbanc
Elliot oversees Earthbanc’s software development, GIS, business analytics and carbon teams. His work has grown Earthbanc’s monitoring capacity from around 100 farms to more than 1000, and field photograph intake from a few hundred a week to 100,000.
Before joining Earthbanc in 2024, Elliot spent close to 18 years in senior technical and sustainability roles across the public and private sectors.
Elliot holds a PhD in Physical Sciences from the Australian National University and a Master of GIS and Remote Sensing from Charles Sturt University. He is a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional and a Green Star Accredited Professional.

Sharyn RossRakesh
Director of Strategic Planning, Earthbanc
Sharyn leads Earthbanc’s carbon and biodiversity credit project development and its monitoring, reporting and verification work. Since joining in 2024, she has built a system to determine which opportunities are worth pursuing before capital is allocated to them, and is overseeing work on Earthbanc Intelligence, a free pre-feasibility screening tool for governments and project developers.
Before Earthbanc, Sharyn spent 23 years at Melbourne Water, rising to Principal Waterways and leading the science behind the utility’s ten-year Healthy Waterways Strategy.
Sharyn holds a Master of Applied Science in Fluvial Geomorphology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University.

Geurt Lam
Chief of Staff, Earthbanc
Geurt turns the leadership team’s decisions into action across the company, stepping into the gaps where ownership hasn’t yet been assigned. His current focus is building business development, pairing the company’s software with services to meet what clients on the ground need.
He brings more than 25 years across operations, commerce and finance. Geurt spent much of his career at NGA Human Resources, progressing to Managing Director. He was previously CFO and COO at Trinomics, a European climate and energy economics consultancy.
Geurt holds an MSc in Economics and a post-graduate qualification in Certified Public Accountancy, both from the University of Groningen.

Roei Yaakobi
Chief Product Officer, Earthbanc
Roei leads product strategy and delivery across Earthbanc software solutions, turning geospatial and field data into the monitoring and verification systems. He aligns the product with conditions in the field, ensuring its data meets registry and investor standards. He also leads the company’s commercial positioning and pricing.
Roei joined Earthbanc in August 2024, when the company acquired Tie Up Farming, the Australian agritech business he founded and led for eight years.
Before that, he held senior sales and marketing roles in Melbourne, including Director of Sales and Marketing at Monaco Court.

Maurice Clisby
Chief Operating Officer, Earthbanc
Maurice runs the operational backbone of Regeneration Meghalaya, one of Earthbanc’s flagship projects. He is building the plan to move it from planting into monitoring and credit issuance, turning field work into data and verification systems. He also shapes how investors see Earthbanc and drives its business development.
Maurice trained as a mechanical engineer and spent eight years delivering capital projects before moving into consulting roles across the carbon economy, energy transition and manufacturing.
He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, taken with an Award of Distinction, a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
